1. Definitions

• “Services” means any marketing, promotion, advertising, playlist pitching, video promotion, social media, branding, or campaign services offered by SDMG.
• “Campaign” means a specific promotional effort ordered by the Client.
• “Content” means any music, audio, video, images, links, text, or materials provided by the Client.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Website or purchase Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. The Services

SDMG provides music marketing and promotion services for independent artists and labels. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of each Campaign will be agreed upon before work begins, based on the package you select or the custom arrangement we confirm with you.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a request violates these Terms, applicable law, or the policies of third-party platforms.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Music marketing depends on many factors outside our control, including the quality of the Content, audience response, platform algorithms, timing, and third-party decisions. SDMG does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to a specific number of streams, followers, views, likes, chart positions, playlist placements, revenue, or fame.

Any statistics, examples, or past results shown on our Website are for illustration only and are not a promise of similar results for your Campaign.

5. Platform Compliance & Authenticity

SDMG works only with real audiences, real playlists, and legitimate promotional methods. We do not use bots, fake streams, or artificial engagement, as these can harm your account and violate platform rules.

You acknowledge that all promotion is subject to the terms of the relevant third-party platforms (such as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok). SDMG is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your account, including removals, restrictions, or policy changes.

6. Client Responsibilities

By ordering a Service, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to the Content you submit.
• Your Content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your Content does not contain unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing material.
• You will cooperate and provide any assets or approvals needed to run your Campaign on time.

You are solely responsible for the Content you submit and grant SDMG a limited license to use it as needed to deliver your Campaign.

7. Pricing & Payment

• Prices for Services will be communicated to you before your Campaign begins.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full and in advance before a Campaign starts.
• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). SDMG does not store your full card details.
• You represent that any payment information you provide is valid and that you are authorized to use it.
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Because our Services involve time, labor, and third-party costs that begin once a Campaign is launched, work already performed is generally non-refundable. 9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including our name, logo, branding, text, graphics, and design — is owned by SDMG or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without our written permission.

You retain ownership of your own Content. Any campaign reports, deliverables, or assets we create for you may be used by you for your own promotional purposes.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Submit Content you do not have the rights to
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the Website or its security
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
• Use the Services to promote illegal, hateful, or infringing material

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

The Website and Services may reference or link to third-party platforms and websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
