This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for services purchased from STRAIGHTDROPMONEYGANG LLC (“SDMG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through straightdropmoneygang.com (the “Website”).

By purchasing any service (“Campaign” or “Services”), you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms & Conditions. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

Our Services are digital marketing and promotion services that require time, labor, and third-party costs (such as playlist placements, advertising spend, and platform fees). These costs are committed as soon as a Campaign begins. For this reason, refund eligibility depends on how much work has been performed at the time of your request.

We always aim to be fair. If something has genuinely gone wrong on our side, we will make it right.

2. Eligible for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

• You cancel before we have started work on your Campaign and before any third-party costs have been committed; or
• We are unable to deliver the Service you paid for, for reasons not caused by you.

Full refunds are issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by our provider.

3. Partial Refunds

A partial refund or account credit may be offered, at our sole discretion, if:

• A Campaign has been partially delivered, and a clearly unused portion remains; or
• There was a verified error or shortfall in delivering an agreed part of the Service.

The refundable amount will reflect only the portion of the Service not yet performed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Work already completed and third-party costs already committed (ad spend, placements, platform fees).
• Campaigns that have been fully delivered as agreed.
• Dissatisfaction with results, such as the number of streams, followers, views, or placements — because we do not guarantee specific outcomes (see our Terms & Conditions, “No Guarantee of Results”).
• Delays or actions caused by you, such as providing inaccurate information, incorrect links, or failing to supply required assets on time.
• Actions taken by third-party platforms (such as Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok) that are outside our control.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please include your name, artist/stage name, the email used for the order, and the reason for your request. All refund requests are reviewed in good faith. For completed Campaigns, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a concern about any charge, please contact us first at travis@straightdropmoneygang.com so we can resolve it quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us especially for services already delivered  is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension of your access to our Services. We keep full records of all orders and communications to resolve disputes fairly.

8. Relationship to Our Cancellation Policy

This Refund Policy works together with our Cancellation Policy. Where a refund results from a cancellation, the timing rules in the Cancellation Policy apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
